Anatomical Heart Save the Date captures engraved dark romance through a beautifully detailed anatomical heart entwined with florals and inspired by Victorian scientific illustration. The striking monochrome artwork creates an unforgettable first announcement for couples drawn to gothic elegance, dark academia and meaningful symbolism.

Designed for alternative weddings, this editable Canva save the date combines vintage engraving aesthetics with refined typography for a look that feels romantic, artistic and timeless. Perfect for couples who want their wedding stationery to reflect a love story that is both distinctive and deeply personal.

This design is part of the Nocturne Collection, a range of editorial gothic wedding invitation suites with a modern, dark romantic aesthetic. Shop the full Nocturne collection in my Etsy shop: https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/HiddenLovesStudio?section_id=59933484
