These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Hidden Loves Studio website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Our products
Hidden Loves Studio sells editable digital wedding stationery templates and related digital design products.
Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise:
- All products are digital
- No physical product will be posted
- Printing is not included
- Props, envelopes, printed cards and other physical elements shown in product images are not included
Products may include:
- Wedding invitations
- Wedding invitation suites
- Save the dates
- Details cards
- Coordinating wedding stationery
- Other editable digital templates
Please read the relevant product description carefully before purchasing to understand exactly what is included.
3. Canva templates
Our editable templates are supplied using Canva, an independent third-party design platform.
Hidden Loves Studio templates are designed to be edited using a free Canva account, unless the individual product description expressly states otherwise.
Customers are responsible for:
- Creating or accessing their own Canva account
- Ensuring their device and internet connection can access Canva
- Complying with Canva’s own terms and policies
- Saving and downloading their completed designs
Canva is not owned or operated by Hidden Loves Studio. Its availability, software, features and terms are outside our control.
4. Placing an order
The website will allow you to review your order before payment.
You are responsible for checking that:
- You have selected the correct product
- Your email and payment information are accurate
- The product is suitable for your requirements
- You understand that the product is digital rather than physical
Placing a product in your basket does not reserve it or create a contract.
A contract is formed when your payment is accepted and your order is confirmed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there has been an obvious pricing or product-description error, suspected fraud, misuse of the website or another legitimate reason. If payment has already been taken for an order we cancel, the relevant payment will be refunded.
5. Prices and payment
Product prices are shown on the website before checkout.
Hidden Loves Studio is not currently VAT registered. No UK VAT is added by Hidden Loves Studio.
Depending on your location, payment provider or applicable local laws, taxes, currency-conversion costs or other charges may be calculated or applied during checkout.
Payment must be made using an available payment method shown at checkout.
6. Digital delivery
After purchasing a standard template, you will receive a PDF containing the link needed to access the purchased Canva template.
Digital delivery information will be made available through the process described at checkout and in your order confirmation.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and accurate information when ordering.
If you do not receive or cannot access your PDF or Canva template link, contact:

Please include your name, order number and the email address used to place the order.
7. Editing your template
Standard templates are designed to be edited by the customer.
Depending on the product, editable elements may include:
- Names
- Dates
- Times
- Venues
- Addresses
- Wording
- Colours
- Photographs
- Personal details
- Other elements identified in the product description
The specific editable features depend on the template purchased.
You are responsible for checking all wording and personalisation before downloading or printing your completed design. This includes names, dates, spelling, grammar, addresses, website details and event information.
Hidden Loves Studio is not responsible for errors entered or approved by the customer.
This does not affect your rights if the original digital product is faulty or does not match its description.
8. Customisation and custom listings
Standard template purchases do not include personal editing or bespoke design services unless this is expressly stated in the product description.
You may contact Hidden Loves Studio to ask about additional customisation or a custom listing.
Custom work must be agreed separately before purchase. The scope, price, delivery arrangements and permitted revisions will be confirmed for the relevant custom order.
Sending a message or customisation request does not guarantee that the work can be accepted.
9. Printing
Hidden Loves Studio does not provide printing or physical stationery.
You may arrange printing:
- At home
- Through a local printer
- Through an online print provider
- Through another professional printing service
You are responsible for checking the file requirements, dimensions, bleed settings, paper specifications and other requirements of your chosen printer before ordering prints.
We recommend completing a test print or ordering a proof before committing to a large print quantity.
10. Colour and print variations
Colours can vary between:
- Computer and mobile screens
- Different display settings
- Home and commercial printers
- Ink and toner systems
- Paper and card stocks
- Digital and professional printing processes
An exact match between colours displayed on screen and the finished printed product cannot therefore be guaranteed.
This does not affect your rights where the digital product itself is faulty or does not match its description.
11. Product images
Product images and mock-ups demonstrate how a design may look when completed or printed.
Unless the product description expressly states otherwise, printed stationery, envelopes, ribbons, flowers, styling accessories and other physical items shown in images are not included.
Screen colours and the scale or appearance of mock-ups may differ from the final printed result.
12. Personal-use licence
Your purchase includes a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the template for one couple and one wedding or personal event.
The full terms of this licence appear in our separate Template Licence.
Purchasing a template does not transfer ownership or copyright in the original design to you.
You must not share, resell, redistribute or commercially exploit a template or its access link.
13. Photographs and customer-supplied content
If you upload or add photographs, wording, illustrations, logos or other material, you confirm that:
- You own the material or have permission to use it
- Its use does not infringe another person’s rights
- It is not unlawful, abusive or misleading
You remain responsible for customer-supplied content added to a template.
14. Problems with an order
If a product is inaccessible, faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract, contact:

Please provide your order details and a clear description of the problem. Screenshots may help us identify and resolve an access or template issue.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
15. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund rights for digital content differ from those applying to physical goods.
The detailed terms applicable to digital orders appear in our separate Digital Products, Cancellations & Refunds Policy.
Where you request immediate access to digital content, you may be asked to agree to immediate supply and acknowledge the effect this has on your cancellation rights.
This does not affect your rights if digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.
UK guidance requires agreement to immediate download and confirmation that the customer understands they will lose the 14-day cancellation right before downloading begins. This must also be included in the contract confirmation. [gov.uk]
16. Intellectual property
The original designs, layouts, graphics, branding, product images and other original creative material made available by Hidden Loves Studio remain the intellectual property of Hidden Loves Studio and/or the relevant rights holder.
No intellectual-property rights are transferred to you unless expressly agreed in writing.
Third-party assets incorporated into a product remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners.
17. Third-party services
Products may be accessed or used through third-party services such as Canva, IndieMade, payment providers and independent printers.
These services operate separately and have their own terms and privacy policies.
Hidden Loves Studio is not responsible for a third-party service failure that is outside our reasonable control. However, we remain responsible for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18. Our responsibility to you
Hidden Loves Studio is responsible for supplying digital content in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation and any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by:
- Incorrect information entered by the customer
- Customer-approved spelling or wording errors
- Failure to check a completed design before printing
- A printer failing to follow its agreed specifications
- Colour variation arising from screens, paper or print processes
- Use of a product outside the licence provided
- Events outside our reasonable control
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when required.
The terms applicable to your purchase will normally be those in effect when the contract is formed, together with any mandatory legal rights that apply.
The latest version will be displayed on this website with its revision date.
20. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you live elsewhere, you may also have mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country or region. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
